SHP’s new site allows them to interact more easily with beneficiaries, impress funders with outcomes of their work and build their public profile.

Notable outcomes include:

• SHP save money by managing the site in-house (due to our easy to use content management system and comprehensive training)
• Online shop and donation section to generate funding
• Clients, partners and staff can login to customised areas in the site.

Image galleries are a great way for charities to communicate their ethos and method of working in a more personal and accessible way. SHP use the galleries to show fundraising events as well as client projects and special events.

Bringing the donations page to life

Despite having a donations facility on their previous site, SHP were processing no donations. To form the foundation for a wider fundraising strategy we worked with SHP to jazz up their donations page. The new donations page showcases success stories and makes it clear where donations go and different ways in which donations can be made.

User accounts for referral partners, clients and staff

Using our content management system’s ability to create multiple user accounts and assign each user a different role, we were able to develop a whole range of password protected areas on the site that are each tailored to a specific group of users.

Referral agents can download information and forms relating to the referral of their clients to SHP.

Clients can download information about the services they will receive from SHP and be shown specific messages on an online notice board.

Locum staff can see specific news updates and download useful information on internal processes.
