RSN had been going for few years and needed their website to provide a firm foundation for the communication strategy. They engage with lots of young people, volunteers and funders and have an increasing base of individual supporters. All of these groups had to find something engaging and relevant in the site.

Clear homepage focus
Volunteers are clearly drawn in by large signposts on the homepage. Donations are made easy with a prominent ‘donate now’ link. RSN has worked hard to build a network of partners and funders which lend credibility to the work they do and increase the chances of securing further funding. The logos of these partners and funders are set out across the base of the homepage.
Email marketing
The RSN website is a core part of their marketing strategy but it also works alongside email newsletters, which are sent out regularly using the Mail Chimp emailing platform, which makes it easy to manage email lists and update email newsletter content. Users can quickly sign up for the newsletter on the website.
